We’re a global manufacturer and service provider of modular Energy Management Systems for industrial refrigeration. ln fact, we’re the largest independent supplier of industrial refrigeration Energy Management Systems in the United States. What we really do, though, reaches beyond the contrai panei.

We manufacture and assemble  our controllers (parts and pre-assemblies) in Richmond, California. This corporate office acts as our 24/7 tech center and is where we do all our research and development, engineering, testing and next-generation program development. Our system and operation is fully tested and we only use true and proven programs. We constantly upgrade and develop nuances that change in the market place by administering extensive testing in our lab through our simulators. Software

We’re able to meet unique requirements for energy management, operational flexibility, data trending and reporting, and remote system accessibility using our intelligent software. If we don’t already have the software to meet your needs, we’ll create it! In most cases, the specific individual components required by a facility have already been exercised and are currently among the millions of software code lines and processes we already use. The system bases its development and success on thermodynamics, ease of operation, state-of-the-art communication and operator interface. In addition, for the past 20+ years, we have developed a complete and intuitive menu of programs related to industrial refrigeration. These programs, run by point-specific state-of-the-art microprocessors will manage, control and quantifiably save kWh on a second-by-second basis. The Hench System is currently being used by 200 active industrial users throughout the globe.

Mr. Alex Daneman

President & Executive Director

Mr. Daneman is a senior executive with a successful proven track record in developing and operating complex businesses. He’s experienced in start-up and restructuring underperforming companies. He has initiated and successfully completed various mergers, acquisitions, a leveraged buyout of Orthopedic Technology, Inc. and a high profile IPO. He has international sales experience which has taken him throughout Europe and Latin America and is especially tuned to cultural differences and implications. He has managed up to 350 employees and has been responsible for company sales in excess of $180M. Mr. Daneman has a BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
