[For Descriptions of Software, Click on Appropriate Label]AlarmPager™The Hench AlarmPager™ software allows the operator to set up his control system to page a variety of people when an alarm condition exists. AlarmPager™ will call out with a numeric message to a numeric pager; or with an alphanumeric message to either an alphanumeric pager or even a cell phone. The people being paged can be different, depending upon the day of the week, the time of day and the type of alarm. The Hench AlarmPager™ uses user-friendly pop-up screens (see below) which lead the operator through the process without requiring extensive computer skills. AlarmPager™ keeps you in touch with your refrigeration system no matter where you are or what time it is. It allows you to decide whether an alarm is critical, or needs to be addressed immediately. ColorMaster™ makes it very easy for the operator to create plots of pressure, temperature, level or other measured parameters for his records. The historical trending graphics also has the capability to download the temperature, power, pressure, current and other data into spreadsheets, such as Excel for further manipulation. ColorMaster™ graphics provides a visual means of seeing which equipment is operating, at what capacity and at what temperatures and pressures. The color graphics is tailored to each site, with a plan view of the site which shows the entire plant and all the room temperatures in a cold storage warehouse; it indicates which compressors, condensers, evaporators or other equipment are in operation by their color and by animation. ColorMaster™ shows fans spinning, valves open or closed, and receiver liquid level in animation. Refrigeration equipment, such as compressors, fans, valves and pumps change color, depending on their operating status. Alarm conditions are indicated by red colors on the piece of equipment in an alarm state. In short, color graphics allows the operators to see at a glance the state of the refrigeration system, and better understand its operation. For details, click here |
